1: ๐ Discount for IKMF Members
The online store has expanded internationally, and we are unable to verify the membership status of IKMF members from abroad. We have therefore discontinued the 20% member discount on pants and lowered the prices. You can still order IKMF-NL T-shirts using the discount code. You can find this code in your IKMF-NL welcome email or via the Kravwinkel contact form.

Important to know:
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Toques and mouthguards cannot be exchanged or returned once the packaging has been opened. In the event of an error on our part or a manufacturing defect, we will, of course, cover these costs.
Once we receive the return package, we will refund the purchase amount. This may take a few days.
Exchanges are not possible. To exchange an item, you must return your order and place a new order.
3: ๐ Delivery Time
We ship orders three times a week via DHL. It may therefore take a few days before your order is on its way.
๐ฆ We often get inquiries as early as one day after shipment asking where the package isโdonโt worry, your order is on its way!
Delays are usually due to the shipping carriers dealing with high volume, disruptions, and backlogs.
4: ๐ What IKMF clothing do I need?
Anyone who trains at an IKMF club must:
Be a member of the IKMF
Train in the official IKMF uniform

5: ๐ Shipping Costs
Unfortunately, thereโs not much we can do about that. High fuel prices, wage increases, and an expensive fleet are driving up costs for package delivery services. Consider combining your order with others in a single shipment or ordering multiple items instead of just one T-shirt. We offer competitive prices, and shopping at different stores just because itโs a euro cheaper will ultimately cost you more than you save. We do not cover return shipping costs because the margin on most products is lower than the shipping costs.
6: ๐ Size Guide
We recommend checking at the club to see what size someone with a similar build wears before you order. As an online store, we do not provide sizing advice. We donโt see our customers in person like we would in a store, and we donโt know how a product will fit on so many different body types.
7: ๐ฅ Try-on
As an online store, we donโt have a fitting room like youโd find in a brick-and-mortar store. Weโve asked clubs to buy back good-quality clothing from members who are quitting, or often these items are donated to the club to give away to people on a tight budget. That clothing can also be used as a size reference at the club. Ask the instructor if they have any of these items available for you to try on. Itโs possible to visit us in Steenwijkerwold by appointment, but these days, travel costs usually exceed shipping costs. Email us via the contact form to schedule a visit.
8: ๐ง Contact
I do not post my email address or phone number publicly online. The reason is that my information is picked up by web crawlers, robots, and the like, after which I am constantly bombarded with advertisements and receive calls from annoying salespeople and call centers.
